Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
We are looking for high-performing enterprise sales professionals to drive business growth by helping customers accelerate their Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation journeys.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, shaping transformation strategies, developing business cases and leading complex solution sales from opportunity creation through to deal closure.
Working closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Product Teams and Executive Leadership, you will expand our Cloud & AI business across key industry sectors, with a focus on either BFSI or Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics.
What You'll Be Accountable For
Drive Business Growth
Build and grow a healthy pipeline of Cloud & AI opportunities within your assigned industry vertical.
Identify customer business challenges and create opportunities that drive digital transformation.
Develop trusted relationships with C-suite, business and technology stakeholders.
Lead Strategic Solution Sales
Lead customer engagements across Hybrid Cloud, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Agentic AI, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation solutions.
Position business outcomes rather than individual technology products.
Work closely with Solution Architects to develop customer-centric solutions and winning commercial strategies.
Lead Complex Opportunities
Own the sales cycle from qualification through to deal closure.
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Technical, Product and Delivery teams.
Lead executive engagement, commercial negotiations and contract discussions to maximise successful outcomes.
Support Industry Transformation
Depending on your assigned industry, you will help customers deliver transformation initiatives, including:
BFSI: Cloud modernisation, cybersecurity, compliance and AI adoption.
Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics: Industry 4.0, supply chain transformation, smart operations, retail modernisation and AI innovation.
What do you need to have for this role?
Degree or Equivalent with specialised in: Engineering, Business or Marketing
Relevant Years of Experience in Cloud Services
Significant experience in Sales , Business Development or and Account Management
Technical acumen in Cloud Product and Services
Highly developed applied thinking and displays sound judgement
Drives innovation to ensure products and services developed are different in the market
Capacity to engage, influence stakeholders and drive virtual cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
Capacity to define the strategic, drive and deliver strategic direction
