This role at Starcom will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Job Description
Starcom is searching for an Associate, Paid Strategy and Planning to join our team and assist with the media planning efforts for a large, international technology client.
Responsibilities
Help drive day-to-day innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives
Provide research for and write media Point-Of-Views (POVs)
Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updates
Assist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activities
Report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization
- Manage budgets across campaigns, requiring great attention to detail
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channels, digital media planning experience preferred
Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working within media systems/platforms (MediaTools/ Guidelines, NMI and knowledge of MRI and Kantar)
