Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating them into comprehensive business and technology strategies. The Integration Engineer actively drives discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journey enhancements, while collaborating on functional and application design aspects. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align precisely with business requirements is a key part of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their skills and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for integration projects.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and data exchange protocols to support seamless connectivity between systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
