We are recruiting on behalf of a leading reproductive medicine clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia, seeking an experienced Reproductive Endocrinologist with a Chinese medical background to join their specialist team.

The clinic is an internationally oriented centre providing advanced IVF and reproductive endocrinology services to patients across the Caucasus region and beyond. The successful candidate will benefit from direct mentorship by a highly experienced senior Reproductive Endocrinologist and OBGYN as part of their professional development.

The Role

You will manage a full scope of reproductive endocrinology cases, from initial consultation and diagnostic workup through to IVF treatment cycles and embryo transfer. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and collaboration with embryologists and nursing staff to optimise cycle outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is specifically suited to a clinician who has trained and practised in China, and who is looking to take their career international in a supportive, mentorship-led environment.

• Medical degree and clinical training from a Chinese medical institution
• Minimum 2 years of post-specialisation clinical experience in reproductive endocrinology and/or IVF
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care
