About the Client
Our client is an AI education platform that teaches professionals how to build real software and analytics tools using modern AI.
Through hands-on training programs, students learn “vibe coding”—a workflow where you describe what you want, AI writes the code, and you iterate until the tool works.
Our programs help analysts, operators, and business professionals move beyond using AI as a chatbot and start using it to build the tools their teams actually need.
Clients are provided with a working prototype solution for the problem they are trying to solve before they even begin their training and come away with a fully built MVP.
About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional communicator who can teach business professionals how to build simple applications using AI-assisted software development. This is a client-facing role where you'll conduct live virtual workshops for small groups of approximately 7–8 participants, most of whom have little or no software engineering background.
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage with American clients, simplify technical concepts, and make learning enjoyable and practical. While technical expertise is important, your ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally with Western audiences is the most important qualification.
What You'll Do
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for groups of 7–8 participants.
- Teach business users how to build simple web applications using AI coding tools.
- Guide participants through creating applications with:
- React frontend
- Python backend
- Basic JavaScript
- Demonstrate effective prompting techniques for AI-assisted software development.
- Teach participants how to debug AI-generated code and troubleshoot common issues.
- Introduce basic deployment concepts and application architecture.
- Deliver structured lessons using an existing deck of approximately 6–7 presentation slides while expanding with live demonstrations.
- Answer participant questions in a clear, patient, and approachable manner.
- Adapt explanations for non-technical audiences in HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions.
What you Bring
- Strong full-stack development experience using React and Python.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, OpenAI/Codex, or similar AI development assistants.
- Strong prompting skills for AI-assisted software development.
- Experience debugging AI-generated code.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Outstanding spoken English with a clear, professional, and neutral accent.
- Comfortable leading live virtual sessions for American and other Western clients.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
- Experience teaching software development, AI tools, or technical workshops.
- Experience building internal business applications.
- Familiarity with basic cloud deployment concepts.
- Startup or product development experience.
