Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to ensuring our team members have a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey to and from work. We are now looking for a professional and dependable Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team.
As a Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting employees safely between the hotel and designated pick-up locations. You will serve as an ambassador for Four Seasons, providing a friendly and welcoming experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care.
What you will do
Safely operate the hotel staff shuttle bus along designated routes and schedules
Transport employees to and from the hotel in a timely and professional manner
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements promptly
Ensure the vehicle remains clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times
Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company safety procedures
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when required
Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle use and inspections
Communicate effectively with hotel management regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues
Deliver a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence
What you bring
A valid UK driving licence with Category D1 entitlement (required)
Previous professional driving experience preferred
A strong safety-focused mindset and excellent driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas is advantageous
