This role is to maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction

About the Role:

• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
• Manage SURF tickets, ensuring timely monitoring and resolution with appropriate corrective actions
• Monitor staff deployment, coordinate with vendors to meet site-specific requirements, and validate vendor staff attendance
• Briefings and conducting training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed and properly trained
• Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Evaluation Plan for approval by the client

About You:

• Intermediate to Advanced experience in Facilities management is essential
• Previous experience in a similar field is mandate to manage the role
• Experience within the IFM is advantageous
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
