As Director, RRC Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Remote Research Clinicians (RRC) business, helping deliver innovative clinical trial solutions that improve patient access and accelerate research worldwide.

What You'll Do
As a senior operational leader, you will drive the evolution of our RRC services by helping expand capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen quality across global clinical research programs.
You will:
- Partner with sponsors, business development, delivery, and functional leaders to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence
- Lead operational transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance clinical trial delivery
- Support the development and expansion of new services and operational capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experience
- Partner with quality and compliance teams to strengthen operational standards, governance, and risk management
- Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks that support business growth and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced clinical research professional with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and strategic problem-solving.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operations
- Experience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizations
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programs
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Experience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
