Description
You will set the direction for HR systems and personally turn that direction into better outcomes. This is not a governance-only role: you will diagnose friction across the employee lifecycle, prioritise the roadmap, configure and improve platforms, and ensure every change is adopted in practice.
Profile for success
- Demonstrated hands-on ownership or implementation of a core HRIS, payroll, ATS or performance-management platform—not only oversight of delivery teams.
- Evidence of improving hire-to-retire processes by translating business needs into configured systems, clear requirements, process maps or user stories.
- A track record of balancing roadmap priorities with personal execution in a lean, delivery-focused environment.
- Proven success leading multi-site or multi-country system/process adoption, training and intervention where uptake is low.
- Practical experience protecting employee data through access controls, audit trails, data-quality disciplines and privacy controls.
- A relevant bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of professional experience, including at least three years in HR systems, HRIS or product ownership.
