Job Summary
In addition of your role in operations, you will be in charge of the set up and ensuring the smooth running of the training process in order to meet the imperatives of professional.Specialized in one or more disciplines, the trainer trains participants by promoting the acquisition of specific technical skills that can be used directly in the field.
Your activities
• Prepare your course by consulting the training module on the Training platform at least two days before the date of the training;• Prepare attendance and evaluation sheets;• Ensure that the training room has been reserved and that it is well equipped as needed (computer, data show, Wi-fi, flip chart, etc.). • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment made available before the start of the training;
• Prepare written tests as well as all training-related documentation (hand-out, manuals, etc.)• Arrive before time to welcome participants and present the evacuation plan and the training environment; • Deliver SPI training modules, according to expertise, with appropriate andragogic and didactic methods while respecting the tools in force; • Ensure the evaluation of participants according to the tests made available (individual or collective)• Correct the tests and ensure that each participant has received 100% learning by providing feedback following the correction of the tests at the end of the session;• Prepare and sign the certificates according to the pre-established model relating to each training • Provide practical training according to the requirements of the corporate manual. • Coach participants live in the field before their insertion into operations, until validation and approval.• Complete and inform the Record of training, the coaching sheets and any document related to the training delivered.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant qualification
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in aviation industry
- Arabic/English/French/Others
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Industry knowledge
- Sense of organization
