Expat Mining HR Training Manager - MO Certificate required

A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for a HR Training Manager

Duties:

Implement, manage and coordinate critical mining training programs in accordance with the training and transformation strategies and in support of operational skills requirements. The incumbent manages a team and ensures best practice delivery of training and evaluations underground at the working areas

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Mining Degree/Diploma will be an added advantage
• Train-the-Trainer certification 
• Coaching training certification 
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency 
• Blasting Certificate.
• Minimum of 8 years’ mining experience in mechanised mining and underground hard rock operations
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mine Overseer.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Training and Development within an underground mining environment
