Pay Range:

$34.21 - $51.31HSHS is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR Tech) to join our Interventional Radiology team, working between St. Mary's Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven individuals who are comfortable working independently with patients of all ages while utilizing a variety of imaging equipment and systems. Interventional Radiologic Technologists play an essential role in supporting physicians during minimally invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Education Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science or related field is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or special procedures is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice is required.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
