Summary of the role

- High school diploma or GED and one year related experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize duties and deadlines with limited supervision
- Basic math skills
- Proven work experience as a team leader
- Basic computer knowledge for production tasks
- Ability to set up scales and jigs
