Bowmill Poole
Bowmill Poole is currently seeking an experienced Deburrer.
The candidate must have experience in deburring CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts to high quality standards. The job role includes (but not limited to):
- The deburring of external surfaces/edges.
- Internal cross drilling.
- Internal and external threads of aircraft components.
- Use of hand tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
- Final part marking.
- The use of air tools for deburring.
- An understanding of aerospace deburring.
- An understanding of different materials.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in a machine shop environment and have a high level of attention to detail and final product quality. Experience in the deburring of aerospace components would be advantageous but not essential.
