Description
The JOB HOUSE Recruitment Agency (License No. 505), on behalf of its client, a leading supplier of building materials in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Façade Engineer for their offices in Nicosia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential new clients and prepare tailored specification packages (samples, displays, technical documentation)
Assist in the preparation of detailed façade tender packages

Interpret architectural drawings and provide layout proposals for HPL and other façade systems

Conduct site measurements and coordinate technical matters with architects, contractors, and clients

Prepare installation schedules and supervise subcontractors and installation teams on-site
-
Resolve technical challenges during installation while ensuring compliance with quality standards

Contribute to façade design development and engineering documentation as required
Requirements
-
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Previous experience in façade consulting or project coordination will be considered an advantage

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Excellent command of Greek and English
