Job Description & Summary

As a SAP Consultant Manager at PwC Consulting Indonesia, you will lead SAP implementation and transformation projects, helping clients optimize their SAP investments across various modules. You will manage teams, drive strategic planning, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with PwC’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consulting engagements, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.

• Analyze client needs and design tailored SAP solutions across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Analytics.

• Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

• Ensure compliance with PwC’s code of conduct, independence requirements, and professional standards.

• Engage in client relationship management and business development activities.

• Promote innovation and technology adoption in SAP solutions.

• Address project risks and conflicts proactively, escalating when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience as SAP Consultant

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.

• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta

Preferred Attributes

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
