Strategic Workforce Development is hiring a Yard Shuttle Lead to oversee vehicle inventory lots for a major automaker in the Kansas City area.

PAY AND SCHEDULE
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (evenings, weekends or holidays as needed)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, train and monitor yard shuttle drivers and inspectors
• Make sure vehicles are moved, parked and stored correctly and safely
• Keep the schedule for vehicle arrivals and departures
• Drive company or customer vehicles safely and do pre- and post-trip inspections
• Watch for hazards, keep records and complete reports on time

WHAT YOU NEED

• Lead or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication and attention to safety
