Job Title: Analyst II – Marketing Ops

GBS Analyst II – Marketing Ops

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support a wide range of marketing activities. This role will focus on supporting the marketing team's operations, budgets, project management, and content management, ensuring smooth processes and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget & Administrative Support

• Processing Purchase Orders (POs): Responsible for processing, confirming, and invoicing POs using provided forms and details, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of budget-related tasks.
• Raising POs: Manage the creation of POs by collecting and inputting relevant information from stakeholders, working closely with the team to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Receipting POs: Ensure proper receipting of POs by following established guidelines and instructions.
• Processing Invoices: Handle the administration of invoices, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately for timely payments.

 

Marketing Processes

• New Material Setup: Assist in the setup of new marketing materials for new product developments (NPD) and for any new palletization for customers.
• ContentHub Asset/Artwork Uploading: Manage and upload content assets and artwork to ContentHub, ensuring proper categorization and timely availability.
• Asset Management on Brand-Bank: Oversee the upload and management of marketing assets on Brand-Bank, ensuring all assets are current, accessible, and properly organized for use.

Project Management Support

• Creating GMNs via MDG: Support the creation of GMNs (Global Material Numbers) using MDG (Material Data Governance) processes.
• Creation of Codes: Assist in creating various codes (e.g., TUCs, CUCs), ensuring all necessary steps and approvals are completed.
• NDA & Vendor Setup: Manage the creation of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and assist with new vendor setups.
• Project Now Support: Provide project management support by managing business cases, tracking SKU scope, and assisting with project timelines.

 

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on budgets, POs, and invoice processing.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in content management systems like ContentHub or Brand-Bank is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to track timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Education:  

·       Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

·       Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - preferably within Consumer Products / Retail industry domains

·       Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders

·       Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required

• Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
