Opportunities Across Micron India Engineering Teams
Firmware Design – NAND Flash
Design and validate NAND Flash controllers, mixed-signal circuits, and embedded firmware to improve memory performance, reliability, and design efficiency.
Core Design Engineering
Develop and optimize advanced Flash memory circuits from block to full-chip level, covering digital, analog, mixed-signal design, timing, layout, and reliability.
Process Control Systems
Improve semiconductor assembly and test quality through global process controls, failure analysis, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
Package–Silicon Integration
Develop advanced package and silicon integration solutions using characterization, virtual prototyping, and simulation to improve reliability, manufacturability, and technology readiness.
LPDDR Design Verification
Verify high-speed memory products such as DDR5, LPDDR5, DDR6, and LPDDR6 through full-chip simulations, debugging, coverage analysis, and AI-enabled verification automation.
Memory Design Engineering
Design and optimize next-generation DRAM memory arrays, peripheral logic, and analog circuits using advanced simulation, verification, automation, and AI-assisted methodologies.
Photolithography Engineering
Solve advanced lithography and overlay challenges for future memory technologies through optical simulation, scribe-mark design, process improvement, and technical innovation.
