What You'll Do

As an Accounting Associate, you'll support the Accounting Department through a variety of accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and financial support functions, including:

• Assisting with daily accounting operations and general ledger maintenance.
• Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations.
• Processing invoices, deposits, and journal entries.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Compiling financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Maintaining accounting records and documentation.
• Assisting with budgeting, financial analysis, and special projects.
• Supporting internal and external audit requests.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Previous accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Schedule Options

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

For candidates seeking part-time employment, a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week is required. Part-time team members must maintain a consistent weekly schedule between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
