Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for air handling units
- Manage yard organization, storage locations, and material flow throughout the facility
- Support forklift and material handling operations in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure outbound shipments are loaded accurately and on time
- Track inventory and product movement within the yard and storage areas
- Monitor operational performance and communicate issues to leadership as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating equipment, labor, and loading priorities
- Maintain accurate operational records and shipping documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and customer requirements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, yard management, manufacturing, or material handling operations preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and working in industrial environments
- Understanding of yard management and inventory control processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and operations teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both in the office and on the floor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office experience required; Excel proficiency preferred
