Service Coordinator / Planner

Functieoverzicht:

Als Service Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct plannen van werkzaamheden van de Service Technicians.

 

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering van service- en contractwerkzaamheden
• Je plant efficiënt en let op kosten, uren en klantwensen
• Je informeert en instrueert de Service Technicians
• Je communiceert de planning richting de klant
• Je behandelt storingen (call-outs) en indien nodig maak je prijsafspraken hiervoor
• Je verifieert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

 

Kwalificaties:

• Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht, in staat om goede relaties op te bouwen met klanten en Service Technicians
• Je hebt commercieel inzicht, bent kostenbewust en werkt accuraat en punctueel
• Je hebt ervaring met het werken in computersystemen en met MS Office
• Je bent leergierig, kan prioriteiten stellen en goed samenwerken in teamverband
• Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar ervaring in de HVAC- of klimaatbeheersing
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal is vereist in deze functie
