M&E Client Team Leader

Team Leader is responsible to ensure all customer service levels and deliverable 's pertaining to account assigned are achieved. Project management could include program implementation, providing client and team support/training, and managing special projects.

What You'll Do

• Process management: outlines strategy and communication plan for dedicated client, and identifies, develops, and ensures implementation of SOP's and standard practices and process improvements.

• Relationship management: develops strategic partnerships with multiple contacts within client and supplier organizations; leads weekly team meetings with client contacts to discuss volume, productivity, customer deliverables, process, and service levels.

• Financial management: strategizes with manager to analyze, forecast, implement and manage financial and operational measures to track results.

What We're Looking For

• Must have 3-5 years of Meetings and Events team leadership and meeting management experience.

• Experience with pharma industry compliance knowledge, processes and policies required

• Knowledge of meeting sourcing and or planning as required by account portfolio

• Strong ability to interact with client contacts at a meeting level and key contact level

• Understanding of and ability to effect win/win solutions

• Program management system and meetings industry technology experience

• Experience with meeting industry technology a plus (Cvent)

• CMP designation a plus

• Highly organized administrative skills (gathering invoices, event closure deadlines)
