Inventory Operative

Location: Derbyshire
Salary: £13.65 per hour (£28,392 per annum based on 40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an Inventory Operative to join our warehouse team in Derbyshire. You'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity, carrying out inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all activities are completed in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory integrity.
• Complete stock counts and inventory audits.
• Process stock adjustments and maintain locations within the WMS.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support customer and client stock-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, MHRA, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of GDP standards is desirable.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
