About the role

For a Middle Palantir Foundry Developer position, we are looking for an excellent full-stack engineer and hands-on Foundry practitioner who thrives on delivering outcomes to stakeholders and for the business. The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate a proven track record of building, maintaining, and enhancing production applications on Palantir Foundry in a similar domain. We expect you to own the stability and evolution of existing Foundry applications, taking them over from the original Palantir team and driving their further development, and we are committed to providing you with all the necessary means for our joint success.

What you’ll be doing

• Take over existing Foundry applications from the Palantir team through structured handover and knowledge transfer

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Foundry applications to keep them stable and performant

• Build new features based on requirements and priorities defined by Product Owners and Product Managers

• Propose technical solutions and make implementation decisions independently within assigned tasks

• Develop and maintain Workshop applications, data pipelines, and Ontology objects

• Collaborate with the Project Lead, product representatives, and fellow Foundry developers on delivery

• Document changes, fixes, and technical decisions to support long-term maintainability

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

• 1+ year of hands-on commercial experience with Palantir Foundry

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Foundry Workshop applications

• Solid understanding of Foundry Ontology, data pipelines, and Code Repositories

• Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, plus solid SQL

• Ability to quickly navigate and take ownership of an existing codebase built by another team

• Availability for at least 4 working hours per day overlapping with Pacific Time

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS

• Experience with Palantir AIP or LLM-powered features in Foundry

• Palantir Foundry certification

• Background in construction, engineering, or enterprise operations domains
