Co-Lead Three Year Old Teacher

Do you enjoy helping young children learn through play, build confidence, and discover the world around them? Little Endeavors Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable Co-Lead Teacher to join our three-year-old classroom team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the classroom lead to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the lead teacher to plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and routines.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and early learning development.
• Supervise children and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom.
• Help guide children through daily routines, including meals, toileting, rest time, and transitions.
• Communicate respectfully with families and coworkers.
• Follow center policies and applicable childcare licensing requirements.
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient approach with young children.
• Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to actively supervise and engage with children throughout the day.
• Childcare experience preferred.
• Must meet applicable Iowa childcare licensing requirements.
