Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing potential risks and implementing controls to maintain data integrity. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition to the target system, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align migration activities with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in designing and managing complex data migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and identify potential risks.
- Ability to develop and enforce data migration controls and validation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during migration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
