Experience: 5+ Years

We are building next-generation AI products that combine Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents and enterprise workflows to solve complex business problems.

Must-Have: Technical Competencies

• Skilled in Java / Selenium / Automation Testing / .NET / RPA
• Extensive technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets and Web Services

Must-Have: Non-Technical Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of 5-8 people
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Good to Have

• RPA experience (AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Technically lead and deliver multiple RPA projects with the team
• Ensure standardization and quality of deliverables on time
• Provide technical leadership and expertise across all project phases
• Track and review all work produced by the project team (requirements, solution, design, code, issues, etc.)
• Participate in internal and customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations and presentations, with the help of the project team and SMEs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
