Assist with tracking changes in project scope, pricing changes, and change order documentation.
-
Support preparation and administration of monthly progress billings.
-
Liaise with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate timely information flow.
-
Support project closeout activities, including collecting warranties, as-built documentation, manuals, and other required turnover records.
-
Ensure project documentation and administrative processes comply with established project procedures.
Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar construction project administration role.
-
Experience supporting at least one or two construction projects involving formal project management processes.
-
Previous exposure to projects valued at $15 million or greater is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in mining, industrial, commercial, or institutional construction is an asset.
-
Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, safety documentation, and construction closeout processes is preferred.
Working Conditions & Project Details
-
Approximately 11-month contract, anticipated to conclude in September 2027.
-
Rotational site schedule, anticipated to be 8 days on and 6 days off, with some potential flexibility.
-
Camp accommodations and meals provided while on site.
-
Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the project site.
-
Opportunity to work alongside experienced construction management professionals on a multidisciplinary building project.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured construction management processes. They understand the importance of accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and effective communication in keeping a project moving.
