Region 4 Coalition Manager

Compensation:

$60,000-$75,000

Department:

College of Health Deans Office

About this opportunity:

The College of Health welcomes applications for the position of Region 4 Coalition Manager to begin soon. This position is a vital component of the Growing Rural Opportunities for Well-being (GROW) Regional Grant Program that is part of Indiana’s participation in the nationwide Rural Health Transformation Program funded by the federal One Big Beautiful Bill. The successful applicant will coordinate efforts with 24 grant-funded community agency stakeholders across 5 areas of initiatives in 10 rural counties in the 12-county region in East Central Indiana.

More information about GROW Regional Grant Program is available at https://www.in.gov/grow-rural-health/. We seek applicants with experience in community organizing, community development, or public affairs to manage, coordinate and support the Region 4 Coalition and participating agencies.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Please note: This position is funded through a grant and is approved for the first year of the grant only; during which time, employment is at-will. The position may be extended additional years should funding continue and program requirements and outcomes are achieved. If the grant is not renewed, the position will end at the conclusion of the one-year funding period. Continued employment opportunities may be available through other grants, contracts, partnerships, or organizational funding, but would depend on funding availability, program needs, and organizational approval at that time.

Steven’s Amendment: This Rural Health Transformation Program is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $206,927,896.80 with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS. The contents are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official views of, nor an endorsement, by CMS/HHS, or the U.S. Government.
