Personal Injury Supervisor

Description

• Leads and supervises team of 12+ (intake staff, case managers, legal medical records specialists)
• Assigns and balances caseloads based on team capacity and case complexity
• Monitors work quality, accuracy, and turnaround times across the team
• Coordinates scheduling and communication with attorneys, medical providers, and funding companies
• Oversees collection, organization, and accuracy of medical records and legal documentation
• Serves as escalation point for complex cases, client complaints, or staff conflicts
• Ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance across all case handling
• Trains, onboards, and mentors new and existing staff
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback
• Tracks case status and deadlines using case management software
• Prepares and presents team performance reports to leadership

Requirements

• Current employee with 1-2+ years in case management, intake, or medical records
• Solid understanding of our workflows, case management software, and client base
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, reliability, and sound judgment in current role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and legal documentation standards
• Confident communicator who can give feedback and resolve conflict
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
