Description
Sumner Place is seeking a full-time EVS (Environmental Services) Technician to help provide a pristine and homelike environment to our residents! The position is 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with every other weekend requirement.
Daily job duties include:
Daily housekeeping in resident rooms and assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
Using appropriate chemicals to clean and sanitize in resident rooms and assigned areas.
Completing routine deep cleans in resident rooms.
Folding delivering laundry.
Cleaning spills and accidents that occur as needed.
Qualified candidates will have passion for serving older adults and are looking to join a dynamic working environment! Our housekeepers stay active on their feet while lifting, pushing, stooping, and twisting to ensure rooms are being thoroughly cleaned.
