Commercial Excellence Analyst – International (Remote)

The Commercial Excellence Analyst – AI & Analytics will help accelerate the transformation of the International commercial organization through AI, automation and advanced data analytics.

The role will use modern AI and analytical tools to turn commercial data into actionable insights, automate recurring activities and develop smarter ways of analysing, reporting and communicating business performance across EMEA and APAC.

This position is particularly suited to a high-potential, analytically minded candidate who is passionate about AI and technology. Extensive professional experience is not required; we place greater value on intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability and demonstrated capability to use AI and data to solve real-world problems.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Generative AI, LLMs and AI-enabled analytical tools to commercial data to identify trends, uncover opportunities and accelerate business insights.
• Identify, design and implement opportunities to automate recurring reports, analyses, management summaries and Commercial Excellence workflows.
• Explore and develop AI agents and automated workflows that improve how commercial teams access information, analyse performance and make decisions.
• Analyse sales performance across countries, products, customers and segments to identify growth opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
• Translate complex datasets into clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing and leadership teams.
• Improve existing sales reporting and dashboards, increasing their automation, usability and decision-making value.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting, commercial planning and strategic ad-hoc analyses.
• Work with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and other BI/data platforms to access, combine and interpret commercial information.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders across EMEA and APAC to identify business questions and develop analytical or AI-enabled solutions.
• Continuously explore emerging AI, analytics and automation technologies and evaluate practical applications within the commercial organization.

Calificaciones

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest and practical capability in AI, Generative AI, automation and data analytics, with the ability to demonstrate how these technologies can solve business problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with structured datasets and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and/or comparable BI or database platforms.
• Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and the ability to independently learn, experiment with and adopt new tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across an international organization.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or another relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or demonstrated projects using one or more of the following is considered an advantage:

Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Query, APIs, AI agents, workflow automation tools or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
