מנהל/ת משמרת מחלקת הזרקות

תיאור משרה

• ניהול רציפות הייצור בקו הייצור.
• ניהול , שימור ופיתוח עובדים. 
• תפעול מלא של קו הייצור בצורה הטובה ביותר ועם מינימום פגיעה בייצור ובתפוקות, תוך ממשק  עם טכנאים. 
• שמירה על איכות ובטיחות ועמידה בתפוקות.
• עבודה מול ממשקים: אחזקה, איכות, בטיחות, חומרי גלם, הנדסה ומחלקת הרכבות. 
• כפיפים – מנהלי אולמות  עובדי ייצור, חומרנים,  פטרול ומדווח ייצור .

אחריות על OEE מחלקתי ועל 6S

אחריות

• שליטה מלאה בעברית. שליטה בסיסית באותיות באנגלית
• ידע בסיסי ב EXEL
• לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בניהול של  20 עובדים מאוכלוסיות מגוונות. 
• ניסיון בעבודת משמרות של 12 שעות בוקר ולילה. 

מיומנויות בינאישיות וניהוליות- יכולת הקשבה והכלה, יכולת העברת מסרים, אסרטיביות, סדר וארגון, מולטיטסקינג, ראייה מערכתית, תעדוף משימות והבחנה בין עיקר לתפל, קבלת סמכות. 

Responsibilities (English)

• Ensuring production continuity on the production line.

• Managing, retaining, and developing employees.

• Ensuring optimal operation of the production line while minimizing disruptions to production and output, in coordination with technicians.

• Maintaining quality and safety standards and meeting production targets.

• Collaborating with cross-functional departments, including Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Raw Materials, Engineering, and Assembly.

• Direct reports: Production floor managers, production workers, material handlers, patrol operators, and production reporting personnel.

• Responsibility for departmental OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and 6S.

Qualifications (English)

• Full proficiency in Hebrew; basic knowledge of the English alphabet.

• Basic knowledge of Excel.

• At least two years of experience managing a team of 20 employees from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working 12-hour day and night shifts.

• Interpersonal and managerial skills: Active listening and empathy, effective communication, assertiveness, organization and planning, multitasking, systems thinking, task prioritization, ability to distinguish between essential and non-essential tasks, and respect for authority.
