Description
This role would be a key hire to serve our customers through our Energy Benchmarking, Utility Management, and Compliance Service.

Responsibilities:
- Utilization of company software systems to track, organize, and verify utility, energy, water data.
- Energy data input.
- Energy data extraction and organization.
- Identify and resolve data issues and anomalies with utilities and customers
- Customer onboarding and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain external online data base access and resolve access issues
- Coordinate EPA Energy Star Portfolio, and award platform submissions.
- Receive and fulfill data requests.
- Bill API processing.
- Cross-functional project coordination and execution.
- Energy compliance and submissions.
- External coordination with vendors and utilities. Minimal customer facing duties
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of utilities and energy procurement (electric, natural gas, water).
- Data entry experience.
- Experience with excel.
- Comfortable with software and web-based applications.
- High accuracy and detail oriented.
- Experience with EnergyCAP or other energy benchmarking software is a plus, but not required.
