HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Permanent, Part-time Carers to join our Brisbane North and Caboolture Team.

Brisbane North requires:

• You will need to be available Monday to Wednesday 8am to 3pm and Thursday and Friday 8am to 2pm.
• You will need to travel across Chermside, Northgate. Clayfield, Eagle Farm, Ashgrove, Zillmere, Nundah and Boondall

Caboolture Requires coverage across:

• Morayfield, Burpengary East, Narangba, Deception Bay, Redcliffe, Kallangur, Ferny Hills, Arana Hills, Everton Hills, Ferny Grove & Albany Creek
• You must be available Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm for this team

About the role 

You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day‑to‑day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time).

• $31.95 to $35.44 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided

About you 

• you’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused
• you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
• you have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
• ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help
• you'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
