Schedule: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 2:00pm-11:00pm. Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
Job Overview:
Chick-fil-A Hamlin is looking for a hardworking and dependable PM Kitchen Team Member to join our team! As a key part of our evening kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving others, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen
- Work efficiently to meet service times, high volume, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen opening procedures
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to create a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and available during required shifts (Mon- Sat 5:30am-3:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
