This is a senior-level opportunity within a firm that has been recognised five times in the UK’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For. With a strong presence across Lancashire, Cumbria, Manchester, Merseyside and Staffordshire, the firm combines commercial performance with a genuinely people-focused culture.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced residential property solicitor who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key part in supporting team objectives, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions
-
Handling purchases, sales and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
-
Providing regular updates and advice to clients and agents
-
Drafting legal documentation
-
Working effectively within a Case Management System
-
Collaborating with other service lines and referring work internally
-
Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
-
Contributing to departmental strategy and performance
About You
We are looking for a senior solicitor who:
-
Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing/property
-
Is confident running a full caseload autonomously
-
Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
-
Has excellent communication and client-facing skills
-
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Is comfortable working within a structured case management system
-
Ideally has experience with SOS case management (desirable, not essential)
This role would suit a solicitor who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a forward-thinking firm that values both performance and culture.
Why Consider This Role?
-
Join a nationally recognised, award-winning firm
-
Take on a senior position within a busy and respected residential team
-
Be part of a collaborative culture that challenges the traditional law firm model
-
Work in a firm that genuinely invests in its people and long-term growth
If you are a senior residential property solicitor seeking your next move in Cumbria and would value a confidential discussion, Talent Flow Partners would be pleased to speak with you.
