The Position:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business within an assigned regional territory, with an initial emphasis on the Chattanooga market and surrounding areas. While brown box packaging will represent the core focus of day-to-day selling, the role includes the ability to offer a broader suite of packaging solutions supported by other company locations.

This is a predominantly field-based role, designed for sales professionals who want to spend their time with customers and prospects. Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned):

• Proactively develop new business through prospecting and direct customer outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory
• Identify customer needs and align them with appropriate packaging solutions
• Focus primarily on brown box opportunities while supporting additional packaging capabilities as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate activity documentation using a streamlined reporting system
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple facilities to support customer success
• Manage and grow a geographic territory with a high level of independence
