Client Care Coordinator

What this role is about:

You'll be the connective tissue between our agents and the clients they serve — making sure no one falls through the cracks, every question gets answered, and every client experience reflects the standard we've built our reputation on. This is a proactive, communication-heavy role built for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in keeping people informed and cared for throughout one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Compensation

• Base salary: $52,000, Paid weekly
• Bonus potential: $30,000, Max annual bonus
• Total potential: $82,000, Base + full bonus
• Bonuses are paid quarterly based on client experience metrics you directly influence — survey scores, response rates, review generation, and client satisfaction.
