Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a confidential behavioral health organization to hire a Clinical Supervisor to lead an innovative OnTrack First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program serving adolescents and young adults.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT who is passionate about behavioral health, clinical supervision, and helping young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis. You'll provide clinical leadership while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evidence-based, recovery-oriented care that supports long-term success for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to the OnTrack multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervise licensed and pre-licensed behavioral health clinicians while promoting professional growth and high-quality client care.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, hospitals, and community partners.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and clinical consultation.
• Participate in intake evaluations, discharge planning, and ongoing case reviews.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain a recovery-focused treatment environment.
• Foster strong relationships with families, referral sources, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license required.
• Clinical supervision or behavioral health leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents, young adults, serious mental illness, psychosis, or early intervention programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, recovery-oriented care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting.
