Web Developer Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality web applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid experience in web development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the web development team
• Manage project timelines, task delegation, and code quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other teams
• Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making
• Review code and ensure best development practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Support continuous improvement of development processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or Web Development Team Lead
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of responsive design, APIs, databases, and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience leading or mentoring developers is highly preferred

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices
