Highlights of your role
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
- Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
- Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
- Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
- Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
Compensation & Support
- $2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
- $100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
- Commission paid at time of sale (no delays based on installation)
- Monthly car allowance + mileage reimbursement
- Company-provided phone and laptop or iPad

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
- Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
- Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
- Drive to maximize income through performance
