Overview
The Common Area Attendant maintains cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor resort common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Key duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting restrooms, emptying trash, and maintaining visual appearance. Must report maintenance issues, assist other housekeeping staff, and participate in weekly culture meetings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping experience. Physical demands include standing and walking over 2/3 of the time, frequent bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
