Overview
As a Maintenance Technician at Novipax, you'll ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include locating sources of problems by observing mechanical devices, using precision measuring instruments, and removing/replacing defective parts safely. You'll maintain equipment inventories, ensure a clean working environment, and perform minor welding, brazing, and cutting torch work. The role requires knowledge of electrical systems (AC-DC circuits, Kirchhoff's laws), industrial control components, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems. You'll also operate jib cranes and forklifts safely, make minor building repairs, and set up metalworking tools to create and repair parts.
