Description
**Paragon International University is pleased to invite applications for a Part-Time Lecturer to teach ITL 112 – Introduction to Logistics. This foundational course introduces students to the principles, functions, and practices of logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on real-world business and regional (ASEAN/Cambodia) contexts.**
**The successful candidate will play a key role in building students’ understanding of logistics systems, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution networks.**
## Tasks
- **Deliver engaging lectures and practical activities for ITL 112 – Introduction to Logistics.**
- **Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with the approved syllabus.**
- **Integrate real-world logistics cases, especially from Cambodia and ASEAN.**
- **Facilitate student learning through discussions, group work, and problem-solving exercises.**
- **Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.**
- **Maintain accurate academic records and comply with university policies.**
- **Collaborate with the ITL Department on curriculum improvement and quality assurance.**
## Requirements
- **Master’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation, or a related field.**
- **Practical experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation is highly preferred.**
- **Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.**
- **Strong communication and presentation skills in English.**
- **Commitment to student-centered learning and academic professionalism.**
