Role Overview
The Family Petition Intake Specialist is responsible for assisting prospective clients seeking immigration benefits through family-based petitions. This role focuses on gathering accurate information, identifying potential eligibility for Form I-130 petitions, educating clients on the process, and guiding qualified prospects toward legal consultation and representation.
The position serves as a critical bridge between client acquisition and legal services, ensuring a positive client experience while supporting the firm's growth objectives.
- Conduct initial intake and discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Gather and verify family relationship information.
- Identify potential eligibility for family-based immigration petitions.
- Explain the general immigration process and required documentation.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding consultations and retainers.
- Assist in collecting supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support departments.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.
- Support individual and team conversion goals.
- Basic understanding of Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative).
- Understanding of qualifying family relationships.
