Overview
As an Analytical Chemist at SPL, you'll be responsible for analytical method development, method validation, and performing chemical testing and analyses in accordance with written procedures. Your work will be conducted in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), FDA regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities include authoring and executing chemical experiments, performing analyses for research and development, manufacturing operations, product release, and stability studies. You'll follow SOPs and protocols to obtain accurate results, document experimental data, prepare reagents and standards, and communicate analytical issues to management. You'll also perform instrument calibration and maintenance, write and review SOPs, and maintain laboratory facilities in clean conditions.
