Overview
As an Enterprise Account Director at BlueOptima, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across the UK and EMEA, including existing customers with expansion potential and high-probability prospects. This full-cycle sales role involves discovery, ROI structuring, multi-stakeholder alignment, and closing deals valued at £100k to £1M+ ARR with CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs. You'll focus on engineering budget governance and AI risk rather than traditional software tools. The position offers direct access to leadership, global enterprise exposure, and a genuine individual contributor track without forced management progression. You'll work 3 days in the London office and 2 days remotely.
