Overview
Dalfen Industrial is seeking a Due Diligence Transaction Associate to help manage the day-to-day due diligence process for the firm's acquisition, disposition, financing and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) transactions. You'll report to the Due Diligence Manager and be responsible for running daily due diligence processes, maintaining checklists in Dealpath, coordinating regional teams, and ordering third-party reports. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Dealpath, Yardi, and Microsoft Teams. You'll work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent deals under tight deadlines.
